At BoxFit Utah, we offer a variety of boxing classes throughout the week to accommodate different skill levels and schedules. Morning and evening sessions are available for your convenience.

Access-Based Membership
Our memberships are based on days per week: 2-day access ($75/month) or 4-day access ($100/month). Choose any classes within your access level that match your skill. Additional access available based on progression and needs.
Class Sizes
Our classes are limited to ensure quality instruction. Kids and beginner classes typically have 8-12 participants, while advanced classes are kept smaller for more personalized attention.
What to Bring
For your first class, just bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all necessary boxing equipment for beginners. As you progress, we'll guide you on purchasing your own gear.
Morning Classes
Start your day with our morning boxing sessions. These classes focus on energizing workouts that improve technique while boosting your metabolism. Perfect for early risers who want to fit training into their busy schedules. Available by appointment.
Evening Classes
Our evening classes are perfect for those who work during the day. These sessions provide the perfect outlet for stress relief while improving your boxing skills and overall fitness in a supportive community environment.
Skill Progression
As you improve and demonstrate progress, Coach Pablo may grant additional access days or advanced class privileges. We support your growth with flexible access that adapts to your developing skills and goals.
CLASS STRUCTURE
Warm-up (15 min)
Each class begins with a proper warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. This includes dynamic stretching, light cardio, and boxing-specific movements to get your heart rate up and muscles ready.
Technical Work (25-30 min)
The main portion of class focuses on technique development through bag work, pad work with coaches, and partner drills. We emphasize proper form and mechanics tailored to your skill level.
Conditioning & Cool Down (15 min)
Classes finish with boxing-specific conditioning exercises to build stamina and strength, followed by a proper cool-down and stretching session to aid recovery and prevent injury.
FLEXIBLE ACCESS SYSTEM
Our access-based membership gives you the freedom to choose which days work best for your schedule, while ensuring you get the training frequency that matches your goals and budget.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Kids Program
Monday-Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 PM
Our kids program focuses on discipline, confidence, and fun while teaching age-appropriate boxing fundamentals to children ages 6-15.
Beginner Classes
Tuesday-Thursday 6:00-7:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday 5:00-6:00 PM
Perfect for those new to boxing, our beginner classes teach fundamentals in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
Adult Classes
Monday-Wednesday 6:00-7:00 PM
These classes are designed for all levels, focusing on technique, conditioning, and practical boxing skills in a supportive group setting.
Advanced & Elite Training
Monday-Wednesday-Friday 6:00-7:30 PM
Our advanced and elite programs are for experienced boxers looking to refine their skills and prepare for competition.

Common questions about our class schedule and access-based memberships
If you're new to boxing, we recommend starting with our Beginner classes. These are designed to teach fundamentals in a supportive environment. If you have prior experience, our Adult or Advanced classes might be appropriate. For children ages 6-15, our Kids program is the perfect fit. You're also welcome to contact us for personalized recommendations.
Our membership is based on how many days per week you want to access the gym. We offer 2-day access for $75/month and 4-day access for $100/month. This means you can attend any appropriate classes within your access days. Additional access may be granted based on skill progression, competition preparation, or by request to Coach Pablo.
You can attend any class that's appropriate for your skill level within your access days. For example, with 2-day access, you can choose any 2 days per week to attend classes. With 4-day access, you have more flexibility. As you progress, you may gain access to more advanced classes regardless of your membership level.
Yes! Additional access beyond your membership can be granted by Coach Pablo based on your improvement, competition preparation needs, or by request. We want to support your boxing journey and will work with you to ensure you have the access needed to reach your goals.
While drop-ins are welcome for most classes, we recommend registering in advance, especially for popular class times that may reach capacity. Morning classes (6:30 AM) require advance booking. You can register through our website, by phone, or in person at the gym.
Life happens! With our access-based membership, you have flexibility to attend different classes within your access days. If you typically attend Monday and Wednesday but need to switch to Tuesday and Thursday one week, that's perfectly fine as long as you stay within your access limit. This flexibility is one of the benefits of our day-based membership structure.
Our Kids program is designed for children ages 6-15. Adult classes are for individuals 16 and older. Advanced and Elite classes typically require prior boxing experience and coach approval, regardless of age. Your access level doesn't restrict which age-appropriate classes you can attend.
For noticeable improvement, we recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week, which aligns perfectly with our membership options. Our 2-day access ($75/month) is great for beginners, while 4-day access ($100/month) provides more intensive training opportunities. Consistency within your access level is key to seeing results.
